MC CHASSON Shipping Policy
At MC Chasson, we pride ourselves on delivering exclusive, high-quality garments that often involve intricate hand-craftsmanship. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.
1. Shipment Processing Times
Because our collection includes both ready-to-wear items and custom commissions, processing times vary:

Ready-to-Wear: Standard orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Custom / Made-to-Order: Many of our pieces are crafted specifically for the client. Please allow 5–10 business days for standard custom fulfillment. During high-volume periods or for complex artist collaborations, lead times may extend to 4–6 weeks.

Operating Hours: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic (USA): We offer standard ground and expedited shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic online orders (unless otherwise specified in a specific product listing).

Delivery Time: Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days.
3. International Shipping
We bring MC Chasson style to the global stage and currently offer shipping to Canada and other select international destinations.

Calculated Rates: International shipping is determined at checkout based on the weight of the luxury materials (denim, leather, etc.) and destination.

Duties & Taxes: MC Chasson is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT) are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has processed. The tracking number will typically become active within 48 hours.
5. Signature Requirement
To ensure the security of high-value and one-of-a-kind custom pieces, a signature may be required upon delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure location where someone will be available to receive the package.
6. Damages & Issues
MC Chasson is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we value our clients and want to ensure a premium experience.

If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

Contact us immediately at hello@mcchasson.com with your order number and photos of the damage so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
7. Returns
